Cheaque Card not ready for collection after 3 week

I had very bad customer service expirience with FNB Alberton branch & Bank City since they are sending me from piller to post just to collect my bank card, this is totally unacceptable as i even had to open a chargeable temporaly card just to be able to transact in to my account.
