Auto & General has given me a bad service I've ever received in my life. I really regret joiining them. I bores me to dead when I have to explain my story. I joined the Insurance through my bank and they included Tracker on my package and I had a private policy changed to business as per request from my HR @ work. The consultant who assisted me with the cxhange never adviced me that I willl now be debied directly. Now that tracker account is in areas nd I cannot now I cannot cancell it I'm stuck with it for three years. My second nightmare is when I claimed after my accident in January I was told that I never payed for the month after 4 weeks. Of inspection and I was ordered to collect my car within 72 hours. I did pay my private policy and now I fixed my car but the question is WHAT AM I PAYiNG AUTO & GENERAL FOR? His is serviice and have been so patient and waited for feedback but no promising rain.
