Standard Bank Credit Card Paid Up

I have done my part and paid up the outstanding amount on my STD bank credit card. The payment was done on the 19th of July 2013. Since the paid up letter was sent to STD bank nothing was updated on their system and the account still shows open. When you call the card legal department they talk to you as you are no good. I also have a business account with STD bank and feel that I should be treated with much more respect as we as the public pay their salaries. I need that account to be closed. Payment is done! PLEASE RESPOND BY TELLING ME THAT THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED.
