Amazing Service!!

After a terrible and degrading experience with Capitec Silverton at the beginning of May, I was hesitant to try Capitec again.

On Monday, 1st July, I put my pride in my pocket and walked into the Old Pretoria Road branch. I just wanted to take a chance... my last hope. Everyone in that branch was friendly and had smiles from ear to ear. You could tell they were dedicated to customer service. There were still issues with my loan application as my Employer was not listed with Telkom. On the 2nd July, I dealt with Sanah. She was amazing. She never made promises and did everything according to the policies and procedures of Capitec. She stuck to her word that she will try her best to assist me. On the 3rd, she contacted my employer to confirm employment. Even he said she had a wonderful telephone manner. I was asked to visit the branch at my earliest convenience to proceed with the loan application. I arrived at 4pm. It took 2.5 hours, but through Sanah's dedication, I got my loan. All the employees stayed until I left at 6h30pm. That is service!!! I credit each and everyone, especially Sanah. You are all amazing. You all deserve a gold medal!!!
