Capitec Bank
Bad service

My day was very fine until i went to capitec bank in vereeniging to apply for a loan.

I went there at around 2:20 but the lady who was assisting me was unable to proceed but didn, t understand how if she have been trained to do her job.

How can i spend 2 hours and half in the bank applying for a loan, this is very said.
I know that capitec make things simpler but staying at the bank for such time doesnt make things eaier for me.
how can all staff uinable to help me if the saw that the lady is struggling to proceed.
Why cant capitec hire people who are skilled enough to do their job.

the service i experienced from capitec today was unaceptable. all staff unable to assist me with the loan application.
I wonder if that branch have a branch manage
