Loan Application :(

On the 3rd, 5th and 7th of august ive been making non stop visit to capitec bank just to make a minor loan, but the trouble was put through by the consultant and clmsiness. i went there applying for a loan so they needed employment confirmation where they had to call my employer and confirm, they had emple time but the forgot or they were busy. Mbali promised to confirm and said i must come back on monday and she was not there, the other consultant said she will but she didn't. The consultants (not Mbali) with bad attituted and their manager said its going to be fine as he (the manager) is sorting it while am i there, but still the employement was not confirmed. I had to cancel all my fixed savings so that i can have the money that i needed.
