Contract Airtym Issue

To whom it may concern
My contract expired on the 19.10.2013, I called MTN on this day wanting to terminate it, I also wanted to know wat will happen to my airtym of about R700.00 especially considering that i was billed 4 days before this day on the 15.10.2013.I was told that i can either try and utilize that airtym balance by the 25.10.2013 which is ridiculous, i mean who would finish so much airtym in a week? I was yet again given an option to extend my contract with another hoping that i might use up all of it, this too is NOT fair because i wantto TERMINATE my contract. I intend keeping the same number. All I want from MTN is my airtym, I AM NOT prepared to loose it as i paid for it. My reference for the call is 105273016.I need someone to urgently help me pleaseee.
