I will pay for the rest of my life

I got a R100 garnishee for african bank, my balance was R2200 in 2011, since then i have paid more than R2500 but my account has only decreased by R229 as they sent me an sms stating that my balance is R1971. It simply means that i will never finish paying this account in two years they have deducted R2 500 but have only reduced my balance with only R200.I need help as this cannot continue as im done paying this account, its been almost 2 and half years paying non stop every month. I have taken this up with the NCA as this is unfair practise.
