I lodged a claim with standard insurance limited on 12 June
I only received feedback from them yesterday after calling and spending almost 30 minutes on line with different consultants each of whom have a stinking attitude.

Called back today and instead of consultant trying to help me resolve my problem, tells me he's awaiting feedback and there's no turn around time.
