I have a problem with broker STANDARD INSURANCE LIMITED, I have a car insurance policy with the and my car was bumped and now I need it fixed there is a problem. SAUnderwriters is dealing with the claim and they say they have requested to listen to the call I made when opening the policy, now its has been 3 weeks and they do not call me I constantly call them with my money and there is no feedback from their side and Standard Insurance Limited is delaying with the call which was requested they are saying they have not received any request as such. Please help me to deal with this issue.
