Since last month (June) I have been receiving at least 2 calls per week from the call centre, demanding payment on my credit card. After the first call, I advised that I am waiting for my employer to pay me, therefor could not make payment. I was asked to fax my payslip, letter from my employer confirming no payment and my expenses per month and then ask for "Fixed Arrangement". To date I have faxed these documents twice (0867532511) and emailed it to [Email Removed] I was told when I send this through they will give me a total to pay per month. I am fed up with the call centre calling me and knowing absolutely NOTHING about this fax or email or telephone conversations, even though I have repeated this information about HUNDRED times already. Are the people in the call centre incompetent or just not updating the notes on the system??? Please stop calling me for payment. I make payments as I receive my salary!! What more do you expect from me. I am really frustrated with the poor assistance and no service or advice as to what amount is expected, with the faxes and mails sent. How do I go about this???
