Hi,

Seems like every month the call centre of stupids phones, sends me sms's or emails me to say... uhhhh sir our system reflects that we have not received payment as yet from you and i am like duhh their must be something wrong with you or your system cos once i have done a EFT it sends a mail to [Email Removed] you telling you email address is not working, so on the 27th of July i have processed payment and yet you telling me you have not received payment i am disappointed at telkom and the legal people who represents them as debt collectors from what it looks like you guys don't know what you doing. please stop calling me your payments goes off on every 25 or 27th of each month, please stop calling my friends house because he has nothing to do with this account and if you don't stop i will report you to the ombudsman and take legal action for your stupidity. I have sent you once again a copy of the EFT
