Cancelled debit orde

In may someone from std bank life insure called me selling me a life insurance. I accepted the offer but after few days of careful thinking, I decided to call them to cancel the debit order, they told me that I must email them to cancel. That week I did send the email to cancel but last month on the 27th of June they debited money from my account. I sent them an email last week friday on the 28th telling them to reverse my money bt they haven't responded. I need that money as soon as possible as I have a useful use for it. Till today the 2nd of July I haven't even called or responded to my Email. This is really me off.
