On the 18th of December 2013, I have sent an email to Dial Direct requesting if they could please be so kind to cancel all my policies with them as I am currently with a divorce and there for there is no funds available for this policies. During December they were debiting like no ones business. on the 6th of January 2014 again I had to send them an email, baring in mind that they still haven't responded to the first email. on the 8th they send me a letter instead to say they haven't received any of my premiums. then they responded again on the 9th stating that the policy has been cancelled as of the 7th and they never received any cancellation mail or fax from me. and also that there will be no longer attempts to debit my account. I have also requested from them that I think they should pay me back my bank costs incurred. and they said there is no refund for me. I then let it be. as murphy wants it, Mr Dial Direct decided the with me and debited my account again on the 16th and 18th causing my account to be in a over R300 minus. also very ridiculous, I have never seen a company debiting an account on the 1st, 3rd, 16th, 18th. are you guys so desperate for money.
