Unhappy with money withdrawal out of my account

Please advise, Standard bank ha decided to take about R13, 096 out of my account without oonsulting me towards payments on a car which they repossessed in 2010. I cannot understand this as I was not consulted about it and now cannot pay my other accounts such as my commitments: this money was for a small business wich I started in January this year: the consequences is that I am unable to pay my workers this week.
