I HAVE CONSULTED WITH THE STANDARD BANK CALL CENTRE AND THE BRAAMFONTEIN BRANCH ABOUT MY PHONE NOTIFYING ME WITH ANY TRANSACTIONS TAKING PLACE IN MY ACCOUNT UNTIL THIS DAY NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. I HAVE CONSULTED THEM MORE THAN EIGHT TIMES. LAST YEAR DECEMBER 2012 OCCURED IN MY ACCOUNT MY MONEY WAS THOUGH THE BANK BROUGHT IT BACK BUT I STILL DON'T KNOW WHEN THE MONEY IS COMING IN OR GOING OUT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE. I'VE BEEN WITH STANDARD BANK FOR MORE THAN SIXTEEN YEARS NOW AND THEY ARE FAILING TO GIVE ME THIS FACILITY CALLED MY UPDATE. PLEASE HELP
