Bad Attitute from Legal Advisor!!!

I never thought I would complain about Legal and Tax... but now I am.. One of the legal advisors told me he is not in a mood for this nonsense, will refer to to someone else, and dropped the phone in my ear, and till now i have not heard anything... VERY unproffesional! Where in the world have you heard that a client is treated like this?? WOW!!

This Legal advisor became frustrated with me, and very arrogant, as I asked him for his expertise and advice on a subject, that I didnt know anything about. Im glad the calls are recorded... Why am I paying for a service then if you cant handle my case??

Please could someone look into this matter??
