AIG Life South Africa
Still waiting for my refund

It has been over two weeks since I complained on Hello Peter regarding my refund from 2006 to date, AIG insurance is still taking there sweet time, as they are waiting for a recording message for the last two weeks, this morning i get a call from one of AIG call centre staff asking me if i would like to take out and insurance policy with them... AIG is a big joke! FLY BY NIGHT company... Christine is someone that is suppose to be in head office, but cannot assist there customer that they from without your permission, Even staff in head office is so incompetent like Christine Gordon that cannot get back with any answers regarding my refund... Please public stay away from AIG insurance company they are bad news and they will not hesitate to your money from your account and when you want your refund it take months or maybe years to get your money from them (A company that employees on incompetent staff ..hahahah!)
