They debited me on account that was paid

The company only knows how to make errors without fixing them they debited my money on an account that was sattled long ago and they told me i must send all this documents which cost money to send and they will refund me in 6 to 8 weeks i have been waiting since october even now am still waiting for my refund maybe they shud have said they refund after 6 to 8 months or years

everytime u call they will say they following up and they will call u back and if you email u might as well not waist ur time cause they response you will only see it in youy dreams.
