Claim lodged beginning December 2013 2 weeks later get an accessor then 1 week later a supplier to fix problem which could not be completed get a refund doc to sign for refund to be done until today waiting for refund, call the call centre wait 35 min to get transferred to message centre which have been leaving messages since 3 Feb and no reply get referred to manager by the name Elsabe can never get through either just rings or busy disgusted and furious if we don't pay premium insurance gets cancelled no questions asked still waiting for answers or money sick of this.
