Still Debited my account after cancelling

Once again AIG debited my account after writing to hello Peter an demanding them to STOP taking my money as i did not want there service, they go and debit my account once again, i am still waiting for my money that i ask them to cancel my so call insurance with them since 2006 to date they got a nerve to take more money from my account... Public please stay away from AIG Insurance they are a Fly by night company and i am going to take this matter further, and will use every net work to let people know about AIG it is a real shame how they can take your money for years even after you cancel... this is pathetic to the public and day light, I still waiting for feedback on my pervious complain to Hello Peter... THIS IS A SHAME!!!
