INCORRECT INTERTEST PAID ON 88 DAYS DEPOSIT

I did a R1, 000.000 optimum plus 88 day deposit on 2 July 2013 at 4.57%pa interest with full interest to be paid in advance. The interest as calculated by the system that was paid to me was R3256 short. It has been a week now without any resolution of this shortage being paid into my N5000 account. No one at Nedbank can resolve this serious problem. This is the second time this has occurred and I am losing confidence in Nedbank where I have been a client since 1987.
