Horrible Serive

I had a car financed through standard bank and it was written off and i have had a amount to pay off for the excess. I have been paying this off for three years now and since this time i have received two statements. They continue to take my money but dont supply me with statements. I have called them countless times requesting a statement and i still dont receive it i phone and complain and they say they will escalate it and get back to me. I have had enough of this service and will be taking this issue to the abutsmen.
