They gave me a date and did not pay out on time

I went to sanlam jhb cbd on the 14th of june and they told that the payout would happen on the 1st of july and when the the 1st of july arrived? nothing happened. then i went there and they told me that in was incorrect information that i had given them but when i asked them what info they needed they told me that they have everything they needed from me but they did not have all my minor brothers correct info? my brothers are under the age of 16 and they cant have bank accounts that are allowed to have more than a certain amount and as a result they have also delayed my portion of the payout and i need it for rent tomorrow (2 july 2013). im absolutely disappointed in one of South Africans biggest financial institutions! i want to...
