I hate the way Old Mutual makes business, every time I have to amend or enquire about my investment plans, or even other issues relating to the Investments. U will be told that the person who is working with those issues is on lunch or off or worse he is off the office. This other day, we went to the Waterfront branch and there were many people waiting or queue for Investment consultant, i mean 12 people waiting for 1 person. When we asked there was an indication that this is a Loan Branch not the Investment section we have to go to the Zastron Branch. That's honestly me off, because I have seen a logo of Old Mutual not Old Mutual Loan Section, which gave me an impression that they serve all customers of Old Mutual.
