COMPANY RIPS ME OFF AND FAILS TO REFUND

I am currently insured with Callsure for my cellphone and on the 1ST of July I noticed that they have been taking double the amount of premiums from my bank. When I tried to rectify the problem initially they not only sent me from pillar to post but they denied having any knowledge of discrepancies on their part. Finally Wesley (the team manager) then assured me that the mistake was on their side were they had "somehow" made a duplicate acc for my premium, he then said he would contact the accs department and a refund could be expected within 2 days. After having waited almost a week I had not received any form of communication from him and went on to call more than once. He then sent a call center agent to tell me that he had sent the email and would still call me. I waited and still nothing. Each time I phone and ask for him he never comes to the phone or offer any form of explanation as to why the refund is taking so long. To say I am upset is a drop in the ocean, not only do I feel that my complaint is not being adequately dealt with but also no one is taking me seriously. If Callsure is in the business of performing activities I will take this as far as it can go!!!
