How can you tell a customer thw wrong info??

On Wednesday the 12th of June at 10:28 I contacted 08600110222 and could have been transferred, I can t remember. I spoke to a gentleman about my query which was related to Maternity leave. I contacted Ford vehicle finance to enquire about procedures if any that could be taken whilst one is on Maternity leave.

I was kindly informed that this was no issue and all I was expected to do was pay 25% of my current instalment and to email a copy of my income expenditure, bank statements and a copy of my ID to [Email Removed]

I have now contacted ABSA to get more information and am now lead to understand that the information provided is INCORRECT! How on earth can someone tell you information like this that is incorrect?

I would like this query followed up ASAP.
