Poor service - horrible aftersale service ford

I bought a vehicle form McCarthy Ford & Mazda silverlakes - product great, service (will never go back); I paid my deposit got the finance picked up the vehicle minor obvious issues - was promised that be sorted soon - import delay excuse - later discovered other issues, fog lights not working etc, contacted them they said it was my own fault contacted ford SA they spoke with the branch the branch told them everything was fine which ford SA related back to me - took my vehicle to my local ford - they fixed everything with pleasure but at my own expense - related this to ford SA they spoke to silverlakes they said they had reimbursed after having first said they had no fault - ford SA came back to me related this i contacted absa credit who prooved no such reimbursement had taken place - it has now been almost a year since these events took place and i am still on principle fighting this issue - i have related to all my friends and colleagues to not purchase from ford silverlakes and now to whomever reads this - unless you'd like to have a simillar experience
