Liquid finance, not a company u want to deal with

On the 3/6 i sent a mail to Ryno requesting to cancel my existing cover. He did advise the week earlier he does not deal with that type of queries but he will definitely get it to the right person. Some time later i received no response and sent him another mail, no response. I then tried to get the call centre, i spoke to various people, all of who could not assist me. One of them confirmed that nothing was cancelled. I got thru to a guy Shahid who promised that he would sort the matter out. Nothing. I then received a call from a very arrogant lady from Regent's. I had no idea i was dealing them. Where do they fit in? Her tone was appalling and i refused to speak to her. I then received a mail from a charles guy, then i thought i could get help. He told me that the policy has been cancelled. Days later, debit goes off my account. I sent him a mail asking what this was about, until no response. I have had it with these people. So many emails and telephone calls, still no resolution. I am requesting my premiums refunded for May and June. Debit order cancelled... Disgusted and Appalled with LIQUID CAPITAL. If needs be i will escalate to the Ombudsman for Insurance. I have had it.
