Payment still not received

My vehicle was written off in December. It had not even gone for its first service. In January, I contacted Liquid Capital to cancel the policy and refund me the balance of the maintenance plan. After 2 weeks, I finally got it cancelled (nobody returned calls, so I tested something - pretend you want a new policy and they will call you back immediately. Don't try get your own money back though. that is just wrong).

Thabo has been assisting me, and on 31/01/2013, I got a mail from Thabo stating that the refund will take place on 01/02/2013. Nothing reflected in my account by the 4th, so I have been trying to get hold of Thabo since then, daily, via mail and the call centre. No answer.

Can somebody please let me know where my money is.
