BAD SERVICE!!!

I have a rim & tyre insurance with Liquid capital, i recently scratched my rim & have been calling their call centre several times without getting any help, the first time i got through & the call centre agent told me to go to any Hi-Q to get pics of my scratched rim taken, when i got there, the people at Hi-Q had no idea what i was talking about, i called back again, this time the agent seemed a bit clueless as to what i neeeded her to help me with, then i'm not sure if she hung up, or we just got cut off, i called the next day again, then i was transferred to one person to the other, that's when i decided to send an e-mail, on the 19th, my e-mail has been read & forwarded to one person to the other, but still to this day, no one has called or decided to something about my query. i have been calling then everyday after sending the e-mail, but i still find myself being transferred to one person to the other without getting any help.
