FNB TAKING OFF A LUMPSUM AMOUNT INSTEAD OF MONLY

I AM FED UP WITH FNB AND THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, I REQUESTED THAT MY DEBIT ORDER MUST GO OFF ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH, AND NOW IT GOES OFF ON THE 25TH, THE INSTALLMENTS THAT THEY TREID TO TAKE FROM THE ACCOUNT ON THE 25TH COULDN'T GO OFF BECAUSE I TRANSFER MY FUNDS BETWEEN MY ACCOUNTS. THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME IS BEYOND ME!! AND NOW THEY TRYING TO TAKE OFF A LUMP-SUM AMOUNT FOR THE MONTHS MISSED!!! THIS ISNT MY PROBLEM AND I WILL NOT STAND FOR AN INCOMPETENT BANK!! I WANT MY MONY BACK IMMEDIATELY AND THEY CAN START TAKING IT OFF FROM THIS MONTH. AND THE WORTS IS THAT THEY KNOW IT WAS A SYSTEM ERROR THAT THE DEBIT ORDERS DIDNT GO OFF ON THE CORRECT DATES!!! I CALLED AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THAT THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS CAN DO ONLY THE BILLING DEPARTMENT CAN SORT IT OUT BUT NO ONE ANSWERS!!!
