Outsurance
False Advertising

So last week i decided that why not get a quote from Outsurance to see if they can beat my current vehicle insurance...
After spending about a hour on the phone with the call centre, i was quoted way more then my current vehicle and house insurance together.
I then asked the lady about the "we pay you if we cant beat your current insurance", upon where she advised that she will forward me a link where i must then add my details and the necessary will be done.

Besides receiving spam emails from a source i have not received before, i have not received any link as promised by lady from the callcentre. Unfortunately i did not take down her details.

I was considering phoning them again next year for a insurance quote to see if they can drop my insurance. Defiantly wont be considering them ever again.
