Debit Order Date UNACCEPTABLE!!

Greetings

I am extremely annoyed at the fact that I cannot change my debit order date from the 25th to the 26th or 27th or any other day that is NOT the 25th because I have no money in my account on the 25th. To be advised by Christopher Molefe and his surbodinate that I cannot do anything about the fact that my account will go in the negative each month for the next months is just unacceptable. It is 2013 and this is FNB we are talking about not Standard Bank whom I left for FNB for because of such silliness. I would simply like to change my device debit order date from the 25th to the 26th or 27th of each month. SIMPLE.Unless FNB will enjoy debiting an account that has no funds and mess up my profile in the meantime.
Can someone please help me with this?
