Discovery Insure
No BP card

The only incentive inspiring me to change insurance for my vehicle was the saving on fuel and because I have an exemplary driving track record so though I would do well with this kind of insurance, 2 weeks ago i gave discovery the thumbs up to change my car insurance but on the commencement date of the policy did not receive my BP card required when filling up. After needing to spend a half an hour in my car pressing every single switch on the car a dozen times and trying to prove that the 2013 model car really only has 14000km on the clock, I could see I was wasting my time with someone who did not believe me and placed on record damage to the drivers loose fitting carpet which I still cant see. Well with the huge fuel increase this week I will once again loose out because my BP card was not sent to me. If I have to make another call to sort out another one of Discoveries oversights, then it may as well be to cancel the policy.
