Discovery Insure
Still no Fuel card and already in 2nd month

I took out Insurance with discovery and was promised my fuel card numerous times but to date nothing has happened, i emailed them last week and was promised it yesterday by Mkhuseli Mabindla, i call today and still nobody is willing to make a plan to urgently courier it as im going out of town. Im saddened by discovery poor customer service and lack of commitment or keeping promises! I last spoke to Lincoln who said he would speak a manager as they wont give out details but im not holding my breath!!
