Except for the ridiculous high internet banking charges - I've tried to log on to my internet banking this afternoon. All of the sudden the password has "expired". I phoned them and was told that they can't help me, I need to go to my closest branch which means I must take off from work etc etc... That's it, I'm going to move my accounts to another bank. I've had enough!!!
