Being overcharged?

Hi,

The policy states: "The premium is based on a rate of R3.47 for each R1 000 of your monthly outstanding balance which is debited directly from your credit card. A policy fee of R4 will be applicable"

I seem to be getting overcharged on this. I have queried this in the past via secure message (internet banking) to no avail. In fact, I would like this charged stopped as I am not sure it's even worth it, especially if I am being overcharged or there are hidden costs involved.
