I have had such a great experience with Standard bank even though I only have a credit card with them. This is mostly a staff compliment. First compliment is to a lady named Andile from Rivonia Boulevard Branch who helped me increasing my limit for my card. I was in a rush, had input the incorrect pin TWICE because I had forgotten! She never complained, she merely assisted me in resetting the pin and helped me raise the limit.
The second compliment is for Tracey from the Credit Card division, who was very sweet on the phone. She assisted me and within a few seconds, she had effectively corrected my problem and gave me proactive advise in terms of when to access my card "just for good measure".

Thank you to 2 lovely ladies, as they have renewed my trust in finding competent people in service industries.
