Pin problem resolved

After going round in circles regarding the resetting of my pin (See previous complaint on Hellopeter) there was a light at the end of the tunnel.

I spoke to the manager 'Ronald Govender' who was very professional and identified the problem within an hour and arranged for a new card to be sent out (as my card was faulty and their pin resetting system wasn't working meaning I couldn't get access to my funds). He told me this would take a few days to be couriered out which I agreed to BUT he then called me the same day to advise that he has spoken to the holding company of the card division (Standard bank) and he had managed to manually reset my card on my behalf and had loaded the funds which would be available to me immediately.

I would like to compliment Ronald on the great service and for going the extra mile, he has managed to turn a frustrated customer around and while it's a pity that this happened on my first ever claim with Oneplan, Ronald managed to deliver results.

He is an asset to have on the team and I hope this great service is rewarded.

I would also like to thank 'Luvuyo' who helped me a best he could before the issue was escalated to Ronald.
