Car Instalment

I have had a car financed by MFC since 2009, and have been paying my instalments without any problems, until last year mid year when my Husband lost his job, I then called them and they assisted me in making arrangements in splitting the instalment I had missed, this month (15 June 2013) I could not pay my instalment, i sent an email to Ms Thandiwe Mkhwanazi to ask if they could assist me, she responded in saying that I should make a payment immediately or face legal action, yesterday in the afternoon I got a call from a lady called Thandi from MFC, she said I need to make payment today or they will send Thulani to collect my car and I will get it back as soon as I make a payment, she did not want to understand when I told her that I will try and pay next week, my problem is that for the period that I have had the car, I have never given them any problem, so it means because I failed to pay one instalment, they then forget the four year loyalty and just punish me on the one month instalment that is outstanding.
