REQUEST FOR REDUCING OF INSTALMENT (BALLOON)

In August 2012 i called MFC (spoke to Mushfeeqa Sandan) requesting them to reduce the instalment of R2700 and I told her that when I was applying for finance I was told that the instalment will be - R1800-R2000). The response I got from Mushfeeqa was that she will discuss this with her manager about the possibility of creating a ballon payment. After several calls wanting to know how far is the process I received the following response from her: "On 28/08/2012 I informed you that I did speak to my manager about the possibility of creating a balloon payment at the end of your term in order for you to pay reduced instalments, he requested you to please supply us with the name of the person who informed yourself that we will assist with your account, up until today no name has been given to us, as per my manager he can only look at assisting you with this request once he knows who the parties involved are." I told her that I don't know the person's name from the Dealer and my request from them is REDUCING THE INSTALMENT, and the she said they can't help me. MAY YOU PLEASE ASSIST AS I AM STRUGGLING TO PAY THE SAID INSTALMENT. Thank you.
