Still waiting

Last year i went under debt review but cancelled the process in August. I paid off my Finchoice account but Nazreen told me that i cannot access my account for a few months but in November they were going to implement something she will let me know once my account is fixed. Up until today i have not heard anything from her. I have been calling her since last year but her phone always has an engaged tone. On Monday i called the call centre and i was told Nazreen is off for the whole week an she is the only one that can fix this. They said she will come in today but today her phone is still engaged!!! Will i ever get a loan from you guys again?
