Accident query: Accident happens 200KM from my home on 27.04.2013 around 3h30AM - Vehicle un-drivable. It took Miway emergency roadside assistence more than 2 hours to support. Our Vehicle was picked up by the breakdown truck and we were left stranded with our luggage next to the road. I had to be continuously on the phone to arrange for means of transport for me and my family. 40 days later the vehicle is not yet fixed by the panelbeater. Now Miway sends me an e-mail to say "car ready for pick up - 350KM away from my home without any support whatsoever how to get there. They even suggested that I ride on a bus from Brits to Vryburg. I have made a follow up to with Miway on this issue and no response. Their call center service in the claims department is unsatisfactory. I have been swapped around people to explain what happened and the some of claims team managers failed to support me to reach an agreement. I have made request to them yesterday to escalate this matter to their superiors and up to now none of them have responded to my request.

I am very unhappy and frustraed through the whole process up to date.
