Free Advertised SLOW LOUNGE cost me R1000!!!

The radio advertises the SLOW LOUNGE at airports to be free! once you use this - they take your bank card and swipe it (no RECEIPT to indicate that there is any cost!!!) Back home - R250 deducted per shot = R1000!! When you phone call centres.. no direct reasons.. so i'm stuck at the point where i have to decide to short pay rent or just not buy groceries this month .. We had to fly down to Jhb/Pretoria for a funeral .. not nice!!!
