FUNDS JUST BEING TRANSFERRED OUT OF ONE'S ACCOUNT?

I woke up to a message saying that funds were transferred out of my account - only to call in and speak to a very irritable WITNESS MASHOME who tells me that "yes, we do take funds out and notify our customers after we have done so" Apparently MRS NF NDADZA was the one who dealt with my account and can now not be found anywhere?
