Wont Refund mistake transferred funds!!!

I did two payments from our FNB to an ABSA pre-listed beneficiary called Homechoice-ABSA by mistake. The transfers were meant to go to ABSA Homeloans. I contacted Homechoice this morning and spoke to a Jennifer and she informed me that Homechoice do not do refunds to that amount and that I must please contact ABSA Bank to assist with the refund or reversal of the funds. How can such a large company not be able to assist me in refunding the funds that were wrongly transferred to their account. The customer services department wont even transfer me to a Financial Manager or anyone in the accounts department. I have sent them emails and no one comes back to me. Their are keeping funds that do not belong to them!!!
