I logged a complaint with RCS regarding that happened on the account. I submitted all the documents on the 29/05/2013 as requested. I was told the matter will be resolved within 22 day. I was then called back to say the transactions will be reversed. I phoned yesterday and spoke to Allistor and he advised me that only one transaction was reversed where as I specifically mentioned three amounts that adds up to R2807.36. Allistor promised me that someone will call back yesterday to clarify the matter, but no one phoned. This is very bad especially because the transactions that occurred was and should be dealt with speedily and with the utmost of care. I think I will be closing my account as this service is very bad especially with the fact that I am a loyal paying customer.
