On 20 April I had an accident with my car, claim no 163273241 was registered and the vehicle taken to Lusio Panel beaters in Waltloo. This I only found out after phoning the broker! Up to today I have not heard a single word from the accessors that handled this claim. upon phoning Lusio Panel beaters again this morning I heard that my car was now fitted with the wrong bonnet, and they only realised this yesterday!
I cannot believe that the repairs to my MAZDA ETUDE could take more than 2 months, and absolute no contact from either the panelbeaters or the accessors as to the progress made regarding this repair.
