I received a call from Roxie yesterday at about 16h20, first she did not introduce herself and just asked me when I'm going to pay my account, I had to ask who I'm speaking to and she replied that she is Roxie from ABSA, I told her that I had made arrangements last week and that she must look on their system and she started to raise her voice at me, I asked her if she is being rude to me and why she is shouting and that I will report her and she replied that I can do what I want and continued to scream over the phone, I was so angry I just came from the hospital walking home shaking of anger for her being rude to me, I just feel that she is unprofessional and very rude she does not have the right to speak to me or any other person like that and if that is the way ABSA train their staff to handle customers who are in arrears with such disrespect then I will never in the future do anything at ABSA again, I have never dealt with something like this before and it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and feel that Roxie should not work with the public or deal with customers in the future, she almost gave me a heart-attack and I never slept I'm to angry for words.
